Hi, it’s Jacob here. I’ve found a way to take control of my reminders lists, and I’m far more organised than ever before.
If your lists are starting to look a bit like this, it’s no wonder they feel overwhelming. There are so many tasks, no clear priority, and everything blends into one long page.
But there’s a simple built-in feature that can fix this in seconds. And if you enjoy iPhone tricks like this, feel free to subscribe - I’ve got plenty more QuickTips coming.
Here’s how it works. When you’re on a big list in the Reminders app, tap the three dots in the top corner and choose Auto-Categorise from the menu.
Just like that, your reminders are instantly grouped into sections, making it much easier to see what actually needs your attention.
This uses Apple Intelligence to sort your reminders automatically. Of course, you can still drag and drop items if you want to move things between sections or tweak them.
Straight away, it turns a messy, unorganised list into something you can actually manage.
And here’s one reminder I can help you tick off right now - hit subscribe so you don’t miss the next QuickTip.
